If your item is damaged or defective, contact us at hello@taraslesya.com within 14 days for a repair authorization, and we’ll cover return shipping. Due to their handmade nature, 14K gold and personalized pieces are final sale unless damaged or defective due to our error.

If you ordered the wrong size or color, you may exchange your sterling silver item within 7 days of receiving it, subject to a 40% restocking fee and return shipping costs. For defective items, return shipping is free—email hello@taraslesya.com within 7 days to initiate. 14K gold items are not eligible for exchange due to their custom-made nature.

We use USPS or UPS for all return shipments, depending on your location. If your return or exchange qualifies for free return shipping (e.g., for damaged or defective items), we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label. For non-defective returns/exchanges, you are responsible for shipping costs using a trackable service like USPS or UPS.
