For returns of sterling silver items, it is subject to a 50% restocking fee in addition to return shipping. For 14K gold products and as each piece is handmade to order, outside of repairs and issuing a claim for defect, we do not accept returns. If your piece has been damaged or is defective please email hello@taraslesya.com for a repair authorization within 24 hours from receiving your order. 14K gold pieces/personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.

If you ordered the wrong color or size, you are able to exchange your order within 48 hours of receiving the item. However, for all exchanges you’re subject to up to a 40% restocking fee in addition to return shipping. 14K gold items cannot be exchanged.

We ship all of our items with USPS or UPS depending on location.
